Re: Scam artist alert!

I agree even though I made a big mistake of taking too much Iodine that I could handle from detoxing, in the 3 to 4 weeks since I stopped my symptoms are slowly getting better. I also see a few benefits of no cravings for unhealthy foods and sugar, both of which I believe I had addictions too.

That as well as going to the hospital and being told I'm fine, it leads me to believe this is temporary and I need to be patient before restarting Iodine with selenium in much smaller doses later on.

I read on one website that it could take up to 3 months for my thyroid to get used to the greater amount of Iodine in it, so I have a little bit more to go. I am still getting detox symptoms like Acne and kidney pain even after a month of stopping, so I may have stirred a lot of toxins up with that shock dose of 100mg. It kind of makes sense because I was raised in a house with lead paint, and I read that Iodine is a strong chelator of that.
