While there are many micronutrient deficiency reasons for endocrine issues, most of the problems are much more basic, and involve some of the biggest myths in the health and diet field. The biggest causes of endocrine issues are:
-insufficient calories and carbs below craving level
-excessive water above thirst, insufficient salt, mental stress, insufficient sleep, and excessive exercise, all of which keep you in a sympathetic dominant state of stress
-polyunsaturated fats, especially from corn, soy, and canola oil
