I recommend taking a Vitamin C supplement, at least 1000mg a day.
I take 1000mg a day and some weeks I take 2000mg.
It won't do you any harm and you will probably be surprised by the results.
Do that for a few months and see what your hair is like then. I had really dead hair for years until I started taking vit-c and now it is so much healthier, I finally found the thing I was looking for to improve my hair condition.
