How exactly do i become a IODINE LITERATE PRACTITIONER???

Hello I just read the Iodine CRISIS book twice.
I know about the Iodine TEST, and the “procedure”,
Which type of Iodine to take & which don’t.
What IS NOT EXACTLY CLEAR, in the book is what are the
“ companions nutrients”, that one have to take, for better absorption/detox/what ever

In 1 page, Lynn says 1 way, than after in other pages, she mention another way, other nutrients, etc.
So also recommends to become or work with a IODINE LITERATE PRACTITIONER.
And she mentions in the book how, …
**Read all the writings of Abraham, Bowstein, fletchas ( OK, which ones ??? )

if the practitioner does not know why each of the companion nutrients is used ( including selenium for hashimoto ), etc. then she does not recommend them.
So the questions are, Where do I get that info ??
I was going to buy browstein ebook, but reviews on amazon say it´s repetitive, and does not say HOW to do THIS, just give you the WHY, but not the HOW.

So I am clueless about how to start ( or which “specific material” to read )

It would be cool, if there could be like a FAQ, about this, or if there is one already, I would gladly appreciate the direction, thanks in advance.
