The thing is the only sauna I can access to is located within a gym that is quite far from my house. I used to go there 2 years ago, when I completed your plan successfully, but now I don't have enough time to go there everyday.

I don't want to take baths since everytime I have shower/wash my face I start sneezing a lot (due to some allergic response I think).

I'm googling about some portable far infrared sauna. To be honest I am a bit scared about EMF.

What you said about this symptom is very interesting. I really have the same disconfort everytime I eat something and everytime I had sauna. It's so "systematic".
I only got temporarily rid of once, when I drank the cleansing solution the day before getting a colonscopy.
