Re: Sauna, probiotics, food intolerance

- Sauna and bath. What do you suggest to who can't have a sauna every day? Any additional supplement, a longer plan, etc?

You'll have to reduce the dosage of the Candida Force to 5 once a day, possibly twice a day. You need to keep the bowels moving 3-4x/day. Why can't you sweat?

- Probiotics. My Doctor's Data stool panel shows: moderated yeast, dysbiotic bacteria absent and beneficial bacteria all present except for the Lactobacillus spp = no growth. In addition my secretory IgA are elevated. Other values all within the range.
Do you think that I shall take probiotics since the beginning of the plan?

No, as long as candida is present, it prevents the Lactobacillus species from colonizing the intestinal tract and other tissues. It's common with people who have candida to have no Lactobacillus species present in the stool.

- Food intolerance. I have many food intolerance and discomfort in the right abdomen both during eating and during having sauna (very strange..)

So you can sauna?

Do you suggest taking additional supplements? I was thinking about digestive enzymes and gelatin (for leaky gut).

I would start taking a clay like Terramin or Bentonite clays to absorb toxins that are being released. One teaspoon 3x/day. The process of eating causes a little bit of detoxification and that can be problematic for people who are excessively toxic.
