Thank you. I am so glad that you posted these links because once we are going about our lives, we tend to forget some rules of eating, exercise, resting, etc.
I am also glad that I learned that one should eliminate salt, asparagus, spinach, onions and garlic. Many of my great grand relatives avoided these foods, unless cooked, but many of my relatives today do not consume onion and garlic.
I eat Sea Salt and Himalayan salt, which can be lowered, but it will take a lot of effort to totally eliminate them from my diet.
