Borax is No Joke

Just giving my experience. I don't know where that concept of borax being as harmless as table salt came from. I made the mistake of adding 1/8 of a tsp to a glass instead of a gallon of water, and my poo and bowels were a mess the next day. I felt awful. I'm not trying to scare anyone away from trying it, just go VERY slow.
