Re: Sure it can! If you take enough of it to kill you.
Ah, myself..?
Am a bit ahead in the magnesium-boron-VitB game.
I started with vit D3, leaned that it requires Magnesium (it reveals magnesium deficiencies and quickstarts the uptake of minerals), and learned about the vitamin B family after that.
Down in france Magnesium and B-complex are usually sold in one pill for 'energy'.
Tell y'what, it makes reactions to blood
Sugar swings (especially after a meal) much gentler!
I found myself needing less supplemental insulin.
They call it die-a-B'-tees.
Wonder why. ;-)
Intestinal gut flora help change food into b-complex nutrients. Betcha it's because it's bacteria that help metabolize raw food into nutrients. There's like.. like this complex 'language' of one bacterium finding a food it likes, releasing metabolites as it digests the food, which others of its' kind react to and gather.. and those signals sometimes are vitamins, sometimes are waste products, sometimes hormones, sometimes toxins. Quite the ballgame.
I like to think of gut flora as having a certain sense of smell.
Cheers, Gina.
