I haven't had a sinus infection since about 2000 or so
Hi Connie,
So many possibilities its hard to know where to start. Not a doctor, but my first suggestion would be to stop taking all the drugs that some doctors prescribe.
A question would be how is your teeth. Amalgam fillings?, Root Canals? Have you been to a dentist recently?
The reason I ask is because I had sinus infections for years. The teeth were the problem. As soon as all the amalgams were replaced with composite fillings, and the root canals removed, I haven't had a sinus infection since about 2000 or so. You can irrigate your sinuses to keep them clean with warm water, a little salt in distilled water. This is best done with a water pic type machine, but you can do it out of your hand while leaning over the sink. Sniff the water into your nose until clean. Then you can put colloidal silver out of a dropper bottle in your nostrils. Do this often. The more the better. You can also gargle with CS for the stones in the throat.
Eat good wholesome food. Get rid of the canned soup, and packaged dinners and replace them with organic fresh foods.
Drink plenty of water every day. Distilled, or at least filtered water. About 65 ounces because you said you weighed 105 pounds.
Stop being sedentary. Get plenty of excercise including aerobic. You need to clean out the lymph system. Walking, or jogging on a trampline.
Take probiotics regularly. This will help the constipation along with the increase in water intake. I like Custom Probiotics, but there are others.
For the candida you might consult with Dr. Jeff. He has a forum on curezone. Sounds like he knows what he's doing.
All of these suggestions aren't going to be easy, but if you do them I have confidence you will get better. There are some issues that like the ammonia breath that could be harder. If you do a search you will find that kidney problems cause that. Maybe do a kidney cleanse, and liver cleans as well.
I know, a tall order. How bad to you want to get better?
I hope you can do it.
