What does this look like...? Need help

I found this "thing" in my stool which was gross enough all by itself but then I noticed that something was moving around. It's almost invisible to the naked eye, but I was able to get some semi-decent pics. It looks like it has stripes or something...
I have a video that shows it moving about in a whip-like zig zag pattern, but I have no idea how to upload it on here. Any guesses as to what this could be?
