Thank you Archus. I have a minor herniation in L5 S1 and L4 L5. I should have mentioned that before. I have seen a chiropractor several times and the adjustments and manipulations he did only helped for a few hours. He said that is all they can do for me.

I don't know if I have acid reflux or ulcers, I haven't had any other symptoms. Fasting is a good idea - I fast once a week but am planning to do a longer one in some time, probably a full fast when I am on holiday towards the end of the year.
