I bought this nearly a year ago but lost interest in it. Heard more information on the benefits lately so yesterday morning I took a heaping tablespoon of it for the first time in months. Never took that much before but I heard there was no toxicity level to it.
Not sure about MSM, the people who make the 'organic' stuff talk bad about it being inferior but that may just be sales talk? It is so confusing trying to figure out who to believe in this world.
I am going to take another heaping tablespoon right now without any other supplements just water and report back.
