The Plan addresses the same imbalance that allows candida and other pathogens to exist and that's the overall imbalance of bacterial flora.

On the Plan, you can have brown rice, so you can continue with that grain.

In some instances, you need to treat it systemically, as well as locally.

Antifungal resistance develops with the use of antifungals. Use more antifungals and you'll most likely end up with more antifungal resistance strains. In either case, it never addresses the imbalances, weakens the immune system response, increases tissue toxicity, and leads to rebound infections.

If you have blood sugar issues. those should be addressed at the same time as they alter immunity and affect hormones.
