I am about 1 and 1/2 months into candida recovery. I have made all the necessary lifestyle changes and my current diet consists of foods allowed on a candida diet. Last week I had an organic acid test done and the results came back with extremely high oxalate trouble. My nutritionist has advised I incorporate a low-oxalate diet into my routine along with the candida diet. Needless to say I feel like a rat in a cage lol. I have found very few low-oxalate recipes that are in line with a candida diet. I am hoping that some people on here can give me some help, tips, or lead me to a site that has some nice recipes for a low-oxalate candida diet. Any help is greatly appreciated , many thanks
