Diet change


I was a vegetarian for 2 years and decided last week that I'd embark on this journey once again. The only difference this time around, is that the transition is much easier than when I first started out 2 years ago. As a result of not eating meat, my odor has been reduced to 90%. My odors are, e.g., ammonia, cheesy, garbage, slightly fishy, fecal. My diet consists of the following:

Breakfast

1. Kefir or yogurt.
2. Egg white with toasted bagel.
3. French toast, hash browns.

Lunch

1. Pasta salad.
2. Edamame
3. Whole natural almonds.
4. Apples.

Snack

1.Carrots with ranch, vegetable, or spinach dip.

I've also included a daily vitamin, probiotics, and kelp tablets. I'll probably try zinc along with the kelp. This is by no means a perfect solution. It's based on trial and error; with lots and lots of trials and plenty of errors. :(

Dinner

1. Veggie pizza.
2. Veggie spaghetti.
4. Black beans, rice, corn, quinoa, and fresh salsa.
5. Veggie burgers.
