I have very similar issues as You!

You might want to try Safe-Guard (fenbendazole) horse wormer, or get a script. It works like the Albenza, but in a different way. I've read of some success stories on here. I have it now, been saving it as a last resort after no help from Albenza, Pyrantel Poamate, or Ivermectin. Right now trying the Papaya seed protocol. I'm chewing, & eating Papaya seeds 1 TBSP in 1 TSP of honey. If this don't work, it's on to Fenbendazole.
