Pretty sure the colon recolonizes after a colonic(from the lower small intestine?) or the people having the colonics would complain of digestive/constipation issues after having one/series of them done. Colon hydrotherapy is for people that are extremely constipated due to severe dysbiosis/drugs etc... Otherwise, its an expensive trip to a practitioners office. Colonics are a quick fix for extreme constipation or people having very few bowel movements in a week. Don't believe all the nonsense health claims that the colon hydro-therapists claim.
