(1) I was wondering if this is a recommended practice. I read that it may flush out beneficial bacteria as well. Is this the case? And would one need to take some type of probiotic following the procedure?
(2) Regarding fruits, I have been on the plan but still find I am weary of eating 'too much' fruit .. this is after a few months staying away from them altogether. Should I be looking at low-sugar fruits .. or just eat as much fruit as I want (dates are pretty typical in my household as are bananas .. but I know they're packed with sugar)
