hello i have something to share. Ive been experimenting my body on supplements. I just buy all posible solution on net but 1 one thing is a lost on work out. i'm thin way back 2 months ago because of stress and
Depression on how to cure my
Body Odor . my
Body Odor just decrease i can't if how many % , ican't smell my self.
here what i do:
i jog in the afternoon at 3pm slightly hot
stay on fiber supplements
more water
and a recipe:
Chicken Bone Broth Recipe
Total Time: 24 hours Serves: Varies
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken necks and feet
Water to cover
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper
2 Bay Leaves
garlic cloves
Vegetables of choice
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients into stock pot and add enough water until chicken is submerged
Turn setting to high and continue to simmer for 24 hours
#remember dont eat the meat only the chicken broth
