Mold in water cooler, making us sick?!

Myself and some colleagues at work are experiencing stomach pains
Gastrointestinal problems . We have found out the filter in the water cooler was not changed and mold was growing in the tray. Could mold In this way be making us sick ???

I've. Been suffering shortness of breath, aches. Pains, headaches, skin rash fungal infections
