i told the same story i told all along. doing thirty at the top of the hill, looking for deer (i threw in my experience in alsaka with twilight times that are greatly extended and deer (moose) that weight 1200 pounds, not 200) and how i knew at this particular time to pay close attention to that. i said i wasnt speeding, i was the opposite of reckless and was surprised by the traffic stop. im not guilty of anything and cooperated fully when stopped. i again ignored the first part of the tape and told the jury about my conversation witht he officer and that he was polite but tried to entrap me.
