Before i write what i'm about to say, could i please have responses that answer the queston. NOTHING ELSE! No telling my it's dangerous or offering anything else unless it would help me lose weight quicker.
Now back to the topic, i am currently water fasting. I'm on my 7th day and tbh i don't see any improvemtns except may be clearer skin - no spots on my face and longer nails. Apart from that, nothing. I experience more oily skin than before, stomach cramps, nausea, getting quickly tired when walking than usual, very chapped lips and also more than often tired.
I am 18 years old, 5ft 6inch and now weigh 272 pounds (19st 6 pounds). I think my starting weight was around 20 stones i'm not sure, but i do know that on day 4 of the fast, i was 19st 12 pounds.
What i want to know is how long do i need to fast for to reach my ideal weight of 11-10 stones? I already know that i don't determine how long i fast, the body does when i experience true hunger, but it's just hypothetical. The difference in weight yesterday and today was 0.5 pounds so i think i've entered the stage of losing fat that the initial stage of losing water. Also if you've completed a water fast, how long did you experience true hunger and what was your starting and finishing weight?
