SIBO/Candida/IBS/Leaky Gut equal TMAU2?

I've been researching about TMAU for a while now.

The primary TMAU is genetic, and shows no signs of illnesses, but the secondary tmau (or tmau2) is apparently caused by "possibly due to intestinal dysbiosis, altered metabolism and hormonal reasons". The key point is intestinal dysbiosis and altered metabolism.... doesnt that basically fit sibo/candida overgrowth? Leaky gut as well?

What i mean is, seeing as how sibo is where you have an excess amount of bacteria in your small intestines, and candida overgrowth is again, excess fungal infestation in your gut, isnt that an intestinal dysbiosis that leads to TMAU2?

I fear that I have acquired TMAU2 through that....

Let me know of any thoughts.
