I have the same problem but not near as severe as yours is. I also get it in my throat when I am swallowing and it freezes up. Both of these are intermittent and depending on what is going on in my body...an infection or virus will trigger it and when I start feeling better things start moving again but then there are times nothing is going on and bam. Welcome to hell. Lyme.
