Thanks for the suggestion.

I read a bit about DE and I feel I still need to understand more before I try it. There are a lot of people who say it helped them grow hair back and also regain health in general.

Have you tried DE? If yes, what benefits have you experienced?

And how do you think it works? The two most important things about it seem to be that it supplies silica to the body and that it cleans the intestines by killing parasites, etc.

But there were also reports about it damaging the kidneys, and damaging the intestinal tracts because of its hardness, having harmful metals like aluminium, and also causing 'scattering' of parasites...
