Re: Day 17 of (Attempted) 40 Day Fast - Dry Heaving
WOW, I admire your strength and determination! I do not think anyone would attempt, or recommend an attempt at
Water Fasting so long and working simultaneously. I cannot imagine what your day must be like!
I have done a lot of fasting, 40 days on Master Cleanse with 20 days of juice tacked on for good measure was my max. I have done many shorter MCs, and lots of juice. The longest I have gone on water is 10 days, and I understand that it is very special It requires a LOT of rest, peace and quiet and just plain will.
What you describe sounds to me like a fasting crisis, particularly with your extended acid. Since you have some fairly deeply rooted health problems it seems natural to me that they would take time to work through, and you are sure to go through some rough patches.
The only suggestions I can think of for
Water Fasting is what you mentioned, adjusting your water intake, and also... what are you doing as a colon cleansing routine? Each and every day of fasting you have to remove the junk that is being offloaded into your colon, or it can feed back into your system and make you dang good and sick!
Many times I have stopped a crisis in its tracks with a simple, plain water enema. Whatever your protocol is, make sure you are on top of it.
I just saw a video posted here somewhere (should be able to search it) by Dr. Alan Goldhamer of the TrueNorth Health Clinic somewhere in California It was extremely inspiring, and the thing about all the
Water Fasts and their amazing success is that they are all monitored on a daily basis with pros who know how things go in extended water fasts. You definitely need support in your mega effort!
Hopefully some of the water heavies here at Curezone can give you some good tips. Meanwhile I send mucho energy to help you keep going.
Best,
Somer
