Primary Water Fraud and California's Designed Drought

Was listening to the Joyce Riley Power Hour show this morning and she had one of the most interesting guests I have heard on the show, Deborah Tavares, who has the website: http://www.stopthecrime.net

Deborah was talking about the orchestrated CA drought and, I didn't catch all of it, but she said something about the film "China Town" and the diversion of water and how it is all related to what is going on in CA with the drought. This is all a land grab. She talked about "The Primary Water Fraud" and how we have all been duped into believing that water is a scarce source when it is entirely renewable. More on that here:
