It's pretty simple, but it's easier to say it than do it. Just eat vegetables and fruits (not too many fruits, because of the sugar), and water, lemonade, tea (no milk).
It sounds gross, but eating raw spinach isn't too bad, and it's good for you, it is perfect for your diet.
Strawberries are my favorite fruit, they taste great and are all natural organic.
Aaand pomegranate juice or V8 (vegetable juice) are good too.
Also drink lots of water.
