Re: adrenal fatigue caused by dehydration and mineral depletion

I honestly 100% agree with this post.

I just realized yesterday that I have 95% of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue as well as a bout 90% of sleep deprivation symptoms.

I have always been low in iron, my skin reacts to pennies and turns green when I wear fake silver (IDK if that has to do with that, but I thought someone said that to me a while back) I bruise really easily and my gums bleed a brownish color.

As for mineral depletion...let me tell you, I am the staple child of that right now.

I only drink 2 bottles of water, maybe, a day....sometimes only that, nothing else. Some days I only drink once. I am so awful.

I won't go into detail more thoroughly about habits and emotions and all that, because I am exhausted.
But I am very aware that, that jabit is awful.
I need to figure out how to feel hydrated again, water doesn't seem to do it.
Also IDK how to get good clean water where I am, or how to clean it. SO I am researching that as well at the moment.
But I have always had a low water intake.

I only eat a couple meals a day and they are scattered and unhealthy ones. It has been that way for a while.
I am in the process of changing that all as well.
I also have a random sleeping schedule which sometimes includes me not seeing the sun for a few days.

So I definitely feel as if you are on the right track with thinking all those things are factors.
