The plan wasn't to just take iodine, I have started to supplement with plenty of other important nutrients, but surely taking Lugols and using celtic Sea Salt etc would help detox the fluoride and other toxins? This would surely be beneficial?

Would it be a bad idea if I started slowly with the iodine,along with the other important nutrients? Or should I not be using Lugols at all? Tweet
