Re: What are the usual symptoms of parasite die off?
A parasite, in die-off, gives off as many toxins as it contains--because it is Dying: it has nothing to lose.
(Evolutionarily speaking.)
Many animals, including human, will reflexively express their rectum and bladder contents when dying, presumably to defend against a possible attacker. This is often seen during an uncontrollable emergency (e.g. car accidents).
During an effective defense, the attacker is made to feel as if it is dying (e.g. skunk defense, porcupine defense) and often, it is. Toxins can be very dissuasive and cause nasty secondary infections.
Emotions associated with die-off: Complete Terror.
Anxiety, fear, illness, discomfort, panic. Are you still with me? yeah, it's that bad. You just gotta remember when you're detoxing: it's not YOU feeling like that.
Take anything that calms you down, and keeps you safe, in prescribed doses of course -- valerian (herb), chamomile, vodka, xanax...avoid most cannabis varieties; and hard drugs like lsd, ecstasy, ketamine and methamphetamine are a big NO.
