Small white sesame-seed like objects. Liver flukes?

Identification question, likely liver flukes, tiny white sesame seed shapes, 3mm long, 1mm wide, some shed skins/ rolled-up style tomato skin-like shapes (not eating tomatoes in last 4 days!)

Pointers/links to anti-fluke activities appreciated. Currently using NOW-brand Clarks/wormwood complex, clove tea, intermittent tea tree oil internal, fenugreek seed powder.
Need a fresh supply of bromelain.
Have L-ornithine.
