I, too, had plantar fasciitis. I found some heel inserts that worked wonders on Amazon, called "HTP Full Length Heel Seats".
Since I then I have found that dairy was the culprit(could be other underlying factors as well beneath that layer).
Recently, I ate some cheese along with cottage cheese all in the same day. What happened was the plantar fasciitis came back, along with the tendonitis that was in my lower thumb joints and neuropathy in my left foot, which felt like a ball up sock under my large toe and the one next to it. Dairy! It did not matter that the cottage cheese and other cheese was organic.
