Fasting cures most of the ailments. I do have some reservations about these bugs being removed totally with a fast. I suggest ask Dr. Jeff here on CZ although he is Candida expert. You can take some antifungal to kill these and then do a water fast.

Sugar and processed foods feed these parasites. So changes your diet will help.
