The God of this world sees us all as one, albeit some more confused than others but all a part of the whole doing best as we are able.
A house divided can not stand was Lincoln's moral imperative to crush the south to unify the country into the central control system we yet suffer today. People don't need to be unified, centralized and controlled into a state of perpetual conflict of the self in competition to the whole just to keep the hamster wheels spinning and the DOW climbing. Being willing participants to this program is the nourishment that feeds the root of evil fouling the entire plant/planet.
