Re: Treat Adrenals first or Thyroid?

As all the endocrinal glands are thightly bound to each other in performance, for me the best option was to work with both, simultanously.
My adrenals and thyroid was under par; now working pretty good. We have had some threads about it.

About vegetarism; very few people (if any) I know manage to keep an optimal body temperature on a vegetarian diet, which is crucial for health in general, IMO. I would at least add some eggs and seafood (zinc), raw cheese, butter; to get the factor X ala Weston Price.
A hypo thyroid = a low convertion from beta carotene to vit A, for instance.
