Re: Dry fasting newbie needing advice

Thanks highbuzz. I know what you mean about not being kind to the body. I was pretty reckless in my teens. I was physically fit and very active most of my life but my diet was not always the best. Lord the diet soda was the worst not realizing what that crap does to your body. I was not a big meat eater (health not moral reasons) but I wasn't getting the dense nutrients I should've had. I bought green juices to make up for it. lol. I had a few moments when I let things go especially because of injury/joint/tendinitis. Last year was one of those years. I'm 44 and loving being in this stage of my life. I know what I want and definitely know what I do not want. Emphasis is more and more spiritual. I am just trying to discover how the body can be less an obstacle to my journey. I believe there's my own projection to why I'm experiencing physical illness. I don't know the answer but this time I'm asking God to teach me how to be at peace with my body and with food.

I wanted to pick your brain. I know you do the liver flush. I've done it before. I wonder why dry fasting would not dissolve or clear out the stones in gall bladder and liver?
