Whats with Dr. Cahill? I was desperate, called him but couldn't get through? The receptionist said he's only taking United Nations members, I don't know exactly what that means?

The next time I called him, they told me he wasn't taking any new patients, even though I told her I was desperate for help, and don't live that far away.

I even e-mailed him twice explaining my case, and never even got a response!
