Lingering Headache and neck pain after medication

Been having severe headaches and neck pains for the past three days after wrapping up a harsh seven week treatment of Ivermectin, Proziquantel, and Pyrantel. Not throwing up, losing my balance, vision, or anything like that but I do get dizzy when I tilt my head all the way back or all the way forward. It's a throbbing heading that's mainly on the left side but also both sides. If it's a herxing reaction, I can wait it out a few more days, but any suggestions would be great Tweet
