2 week post-extraction update :)
2 week update post-extraction:
Sleep is more relaxed as well as mental state, and the sensitivity of the surrounding teeth has settled somewhat. The gumline is making a good inwards growth towards covering the extraction-point clot, and I am waking up with less severe gunk-mouth.
Viragi, bless her, sent me an extremely good herbal/essential oils extract blend to make (a recipie in PMs), and I have cayenne extract on the make in a whiskey bottle on my shelves. It's a blend meant to go after gumline infections/periodontal issues with a waterpik.
I can post it if I get a reply with that request.
Easter week was a bit of dodging bumper cars when it comes to avoiding folk pushing foods stupid to eat for recovery.. but I've just about emptied my 500gram bag of IPE Roxo (Paulo D'arco). Appetite and balance is slowly returning, and I've had a day or two where I haven't smelt any of the normal signs of the stupendously stupidarse smells of candida-dominance (BO of various types, etc.) My other methods of choice are
Lugol's applied to thick skin for slow-release,
Iodine cofactors, a clean diet, digestive enzymes and good 'ol himalaya salts.
The story o' the struggle with the root canal, and CZ's article about
root canals has my husband of 13 years now throwing in the towel when it comes to the local dentist, who was the normal ignorant on the actual data on dead teeth. Hubbers wants to go up to my dentist next time he's due for a checkup and some hardware work.
Hubby lost a molar to infection last year and had a lot of pain from a rough lower-jaw infection in the socket from it, that was handled at the local dentist.. with
Antibiotics .
Tell ye wot, it's hard being the alternative health enthusiast in the home, but s'good too, having a mate who sticks to the concrete facts and supports on every point he can see logic shining through. ;)
