Fighting tooth socket infection, pointers please!

Just started intensive paulo d'arco tea (4 teaspoons per liter of water, 1 liter/day drunk in two doses) to help from recovering after the extraction of an infected root canal.

I've otherwise been using supplements to try and do a gentle chelation after 10+ years of having Amalgams in my mouth. (Got type 1 diabetes and major insomnia episodes within 1 year of the first 2 fillings)
Amalgam cleanup was finished may 2014, root canal extraction was mon 30, 2015, no more suspicious materials left in the mouth now.

Had lots of biofilmic activity for a month and a half before this extraction, including waking up multiple times a night, light sleep, loosing weight, VERY low appetite, small liver pangs and complaints in the pancreatic area, clogged lymph nodes at the neck, thick spit, especially in the mornings and at night.

Am on day 2 of using paulo D'arco, and mostly I'm just.. a good bit hyper. A little brainfog, and my darned ears are ringing again. I suspect a high need for Essential Fatty Acids and amino acids (protien) since my appetite shut down for quite a while (at least 2-3 weeks).

The upper corners of my cheeks are swollen, on one side at the new extraction point, and on the other side of the face, at a spot where an Amalgam filling widened and killed a molar. I'm fighting infection. Gums were bleeding at the doctor's office.

Can I get some pointers and guiding, plz?
Thanks!
