KCl is irritating. thats why i take my 1800mg vegcap of it with plenty of food and drink. i have felt it before in my guts. i hear it could cause ulceration.
it should be in the food. take it with food. i put it in water, sprinkle it on the kids eggs when i am cooking them, and even put a dash in my french press along with realsalt to counter the dehydration potential of the coffee.
potassium is a component of all lean muscle. i think the variations in strength in people have a lot to do with how well the body manages potassium.
