Yes! I have Morgellons too and I too discovered that it's the Black (not fly but) gnats of some kind. They are small - like a dot (a period on these sentences). They start off like that then they some how change to a black gnats later. If you use a clean white towel (really white) and rub your skin (with soap water) you will find tiny black dots all over the towel. Somehow these small springtail-like insects gets into your skin by biting or burrowing and then it changes to some type of fibers coming out of your skin and flies out of your skin, as well as black dots - to attack you all over again. The worst part of my side of the story is when I feel some stuff is coming out of my skin, I feel the biting, pin-pricks and like thousands of needle pricks all over my body and when these either comes out of my skin or lands on my skin, pains is terrifying... and affecting my muscles to crack, swell, get tingly, numbing, my body gets SO HOT like it's on FIRE, etc... I know what you are going through. Charles Holeman Foundation has many skin remedies I've tried, they only help, but not cure anything. I always vacuum and throw everything I wore and slept into the hot dryer before wearing or sleeping on them again. Please know that later on, not only one has fibers coming out of one's skin, but flying gnats too. the only thing I know is after spending so much money so far (about 15K) dollars, morgellons UK.com and Charles E Holeman foundation has most of the info. that I can find. Try some Pepto Bismo all over your skin - layer it on until it dries then rub it off (or wash it off) then add some Vaseline = this helps with some pain and skin irritation. Of course, use Borax to wash your skin too. But I'm so lost how to get rid of these such small flying insects all over my house, my car, every place I go. WE are the Host for these insects. One of my theory is maybe this is why all the Bees are also disappearing... These black gnats wants our blood and water to make new generations of themselves; they live within (or on) us. If our medical communities does NOT (or even our President or politicians) ACT soon and tell us that we are crazy, this will become endemic and pandemic - which is really horrifying for us human species.
