E HISTOLYTICA positive stool test, HELP

parasite test results POSITIVE for
Cysts AND trophoziotes for the following 8 Protozoa :

Entamoeba histolytica (e. Histolytica).
Endolimax nana:
Chilomastix mesnili
ENTAMOEBA COLI (e.coli)
GIARDIA LAMBLIA
ENDOLIMAX NANA
Balantidium coli
Lodamoeba bütschlii

Also-
Yeast
Yeast dividing. Level 1 out of 4 ( 4 being the highest)

And-

Undigested tissue showing something wrong with digestion. Level 3 out of 4. Suggests enzymes.

Don't even know where to start. Suffer from serious unrelenting constipation for at least a decade. Diagnosed when I was 12 with ulcerative colitis, which over the years changed into constipation- like no bowel movement for 2 weeks.

Apparently it's a toxic wasteland inside my intestines.

Sounds like I need a serum antigen blood test to determine if the infection is extraintestinal and perhaps the cause of my adult onset asthma (at age 42) , extreme allergies to chemicals, pollen, you name it, sinus problems,
Joint pain, which has now spread to my entire left side ( thought it was nerve compression from a car accident...but nerve test came out clean so. Maybe it was the Protozoa toxins causing nighttime leg pain muscle pain etc??

I have been doing enemas with garlic, coffee, etc and am appalled at what's come out of me. I have been eating coconut oil daily for about a month, and drinking ACV - I think the yeast being 1 means I am perhaps getting a handle on it.

Blood work came back with pre diabetic blood sugar, b. 12 over 1300 and high GGT and ALT.

COULD THIS ALL BE FROM THE TOXIC WASTELAND THAT IS MY INTERNAL SYSTEM.?

I am happy to have somewhat of an answer. I sent what appeared to be a giant fluke and am waiting for that specimen diagnosis . I am hoping it isn't that and or roundworms which would complicate matters further.

Comments and experiences would be terrific! I am hopeful to maybe get rid of this constant exhaustion and chronic muscle pain and weakness.

I know my PCP will want to give me Antibiotics , but with my leaky gut and host of other problems, will that worsen the problem?
