Morgellons is a mite

I am fairly certain this is a type of mite like a bird mite that is a vector carrying something like a fungus that also infects the body. Search "scabies and fibers" and many people try the premetherin cream with no luck so either it is an unidentified microscopic mite or drug resistant scabies. More info about mites.
