Wow.. I just read the "are you stoned" procedure. It's radically different (and much faster) than Moritz' method. Moritz' has you prep for 5.5 days before doing the actual cleanse. Have you done Moritz' cleanse as well? I'm a little scared too but I'm giving it a go, on the second day of prep now...
