OK well it is 5pm now and I'm doing a flush tonight so I won't be able to clean out my colon before this flush.

Yeah I have gold coin grass and I took it for almost a month. I think it went bad on me though, it started to taste funny. For the first 6 or 7 flushes I took malic acid but to no avail. I always get a lot of chaff though. Maybe the chaff is bits off of the blocked stones. I hope I get a big release of stones tomorrow.
