Her exact words were: "You have the least fibrocystic breasts I've felt in a long time."
I am so excited. I'm 40 so anyone telling me I have great breasts is going to make my day. :) (Edited to add: I haven't had a yearly gyn visit/breast exam in 8 years.)
Last night, in preparation for the appt. I made a spreadsheet of my blood test results over the past 15 years, from when I first went for hormone testing because of infertility to March of this year, when I last had blood drawn.
It was very interesting to see the changes in my testosterone level (which for a woman, I had way too much of), my insulin level (I had insulin resistance), and my LH/FSH levels and ratio. She could see the changes in all three levels to "normal", and she asked, what are you taking? I told her I had only been taking Lugol's. She wasn't surprised, and she wanted to know more. She'd heard about it being used for diabetes.
Anyway, I am pleased to have even more proof thatIodine is good for me. :) Though I take it inconsistently, I know what I do take is still helping me not go backwards.
