Yes, that is what they wanted. However, our customers set them straight on that point. The FDA called hundreds of our customers trying to get any to file a complaint.

What they told me was that they found was one customer who said that it did not work for them but would not file a complaint because they knew it worked for others.

On this we can agree. The issue that I have is that there is plenty of credible evidence that ParaZapper has helped the vast majority of users who have tried it. The problem is that their regulations suppress the posting of this information so that customers can make an informed decision.
